Applicability
These terms of purchase are applicable in case Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe terms that conflict with these. For private consumers, the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises (DAL) applies, and for companies - the Purchase Act (köplagen in Swedish).
Ordering procedure
Immediately after the order, an order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address where you will find all the necessary information about your order and a link to our terms of purchase. We do not accept orders in any other way than via our shopping system on our website. We therefore do not accept orders via email, fax or other medium unless otherwise agreed. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the guardian's permission must be obtained from the customer before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without his or her consent, or in any other way that causes us to suffer financial or other damage, are reported to the police.
Consumer rights
We recommend our customers to contact us directly at Nativis LR International AB for help with any complaint, right of withdrawal or other matter regarding an order. For detailed information about your rights as a consumer, we refer to www.konsumentverket.se. Prices
All prices are stated including VAT. Any fees for shipping may apply, and in such cases will be specified at checkout. Private customers:
Resellers & Distributors: Corporate customers can choose to pay by card, PayPal, or invoice via direct bank transfer. The invoice has a due date of 15 days. No invoicing fee will be added. Please note that the invoice is sent via email.
Private customers:

- Credit card payment: After confirmed purchase at checkout, you can choose to pay by card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express). Enter your card details to complete the payment.

Freight & delivery
All deliveries are administered by us, using our chosen forwarder and according to the delivery methods & prices which are presented before completion of the order. It is buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address given to us at the time of ordering is correct. Further on, the buyer is responsible of following up the delivery with the forwarder and ensuring that the delivery is picked up / received according to the forwarder's instructions. We deliver within Scandinavia.

DHL Service Point
SEK 49 is charged in shipping fee. If the order exceeds SEK 499 in product value, no fee will be charged for shipping.
DHL Package Home Delivery
SEK 199 is charged in shipping fee, your package delivered to your door. You must be on site to receive the package. Free shipping over SEK 2,500
DHL Packages (companies)
From SEK 79 is charged in shipping fee.
PostNord MyPack Collect - Delivery point *
Shipping fee from SEK 49. If the order exceeds SEK 499 in product value, no fee will be charged for shipping.
Deliveries within Scandinavia
DHL Parcel Connect
Shipping fee from SEK 159
DHL automatically selects the Pack station or Post Office closest to your address, as an example your local grocery store or a DHL terminal. After you have been notified by text message or e-mail you can pick up the shipment at a time that suits you.
Keep in mind that you always need to display valid ID-card to be able to get your package. If you are ordering from Norway, Norwegian customs duties and VAT may apply.
DHL will notify our customers through text message or by e-mail.

Cancellations of non-stock items are not possible. Cancellation is only valid after an approval of the cancellation has been received from us. If you wish cancel after the order has been sent, a fee of SEK 199 will be charged.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right (from the time you receive the product) of purchase withdrawal in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (DAL). However, this does not apply to products that are specially ordered goods, discounted goods or products intended for a household's current consumption.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact customer service, and inform them about your regretted purchase, then return the item immediately. The product must be complete and in unchanged condition, ie. unused, undamaged, and complete with unbroken packaging. Return the item in the original product packaging with protective carton / transport packaging that is equivalent to what the item / items were delivered to you. Please note that goods with a broken seal / package cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
If you regret your purchase after the package was sent, you are obliged to collect the package at your delivery point anyway and send it back to us in the manner indicated above. Otherwise, the item will be registered as not collected and you will be charged the handling fees.
Upon return, a fee for return shipping is SEK 69 (within Sweden). For returns outside Sweden, contact customer service.
Returns
If you have decided to return or regret an item you ordered from us, please contact us at customer service customerservice@nativis.se. We will send you a return label to the specified email address on your order along with the instructions.
You as a customer pay the return shipping of SEK 69. You are responsible for the return shipment until the package is returned to us. Be sure to save your submission receipt.
A returned product must be complete and in unchanged condition, ie. unused, undamaged, and complete with unbroken packaging. Be sure to pack your goods properly as you are responsible for the package until it is returned to us.
Refunds for returns are made within 30 days of the return being received by us.
Claims
a) If a product is damaged upon delivery, it must be documented with a photo or film for a claim to be viable. Photo or film must be emailed to customerservice@nativis.se.
b) A damaged product will be replaced, or you will receive a refund including a shipping cost if you wish. If your order includes more items than the one you are returning, we will not refund the full shipping cost. If the product deviates from your order, you must return the product unused in unopened packaging for the complaint to be accepted.
In the event of a complaint, it is important that you have your order confirmation and order number. Damaged goods must be documented.
In the event of a complaint, your money will be refunded within 14 days after we have received the item.
Information
We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice regarding final sales, inventory differences, delivery delays, price adjustments and technical errors. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make any errors in the image, text and / or price marking. All image information on our pages should be seen as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that the image reflects the exact appearance and nature of the product.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute where the buyer is a private individual, our policy is to always follow the General Complaints Board's (ARN) recommendations. Disputes between two or more companies are usually decided in court.
Force majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, non-delivery of subcontractors, costly circumstances, and comparable events beyond our control which could not be reasonably foreseen and affect agreements entered and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep the agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill that agreement.
