Refund policy

You are entitled to return items within 14 days from the date of which you have received the item. For the return to be accepted/ valid,  the returned item must be in the same condition as when you received, unused and with all packaging unopened.

In the first instance please contact customer service by email:  customerservice@nativis.se for all return enquiries.

Where applicable refunds will be made within 30 days of when the return has been registered and received.
