Pricing

Shipping/package Sweden is charged SEK 49 unless order value qualifies for free shipping, Shipping/package EU is charged SEK 119 unless order value qualifies for free shipping, Shipping/package Int'l is charged SEK 119 unless order value qualifies for free shipping.

Delivery times

Normally your package will be sent within 24 hours after your order placement except weekends & red days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout, but it normally takes 2-4 days to deliver within Sweden and 3-6 days within Scandinavia. Partial delivery of orders takes place only at the customer's request and entails additional shipping costs for the customer.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders is possible at no cost to the customer until the time the order is executed (when invoice and shipping documents are created). Cancellations of non-stock items are not possible. Cancellation is only valid after an approval of the cancellation has been received from us. If you wish cancel after the order has been sent, a fee of SEK 199 will be charged.
